A Photography Workshop of the landscape and street photography on the shores of Lake Como.
The history of photography also includes the banks and the enchanted landscapes of Lake Como, also called Lario. Some of the pioneers of this wonderful art, often began as painters, who often spent their vacations here on Lake Como in the early 1800s. These painters painted on canvases through their art they became the some of the founders of modern day photography. Through this raw technique by using light they eventually transformed this art into the first photographs by capturing the wonderful landscapes in front of them.
The English painter William Fox Talbot emerged from those painters by trying to fix the image on paper or other surfaces. When trying to find the solution to fix the imagines he invented the first negative. This allowed us to reproduce the images for an infinitive amount of times.
